Shelley Johnson

Shelley has been involved in corporate learning since 1995 and has delivered programs to a number of high profile Australian and International organisations across a wide variety of industries including the banking and finance, health, insurance, entertainment, FMCG, travel and government sectors.

Shelley is passionate about developing trust based business relationships. She specialises in building constructive cultures, developing learning strategies as well as the design and delivery of leadership development frameworks.

By working at the leadership level, Shelley has positively impacted performance levels, employee retention and customer satisfaction. She has also minimised the negative effects that traditionally come with change management processes.

Shelley has repeatedly proven her expertise as a facilitator, a coach and a consultant who can assist her clients to develop the behavioural changes they are seeking.

Shelley Johnson holds a number of qualifications and accreditations including being one of five accredited consultants Australia-wide through entente, the International Trust Movement.

Shelley is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Neuroscience of Leadership.
